Last year, Jeff Farmer from XNcreative.com sent us an amazing tutorial we called “Incredible “3D” motion from Canon Rebel T2i/550D stills” and he’s just sent us another stills-to-motion tutorial showing how they’ve created a video fly thru of clouds that were shot on a Canon Rebel T2i/550D.
It looks simple, but I’m sure there’s a ton of work in Photoshop editing the clouds and I’ve never used Motion (only $50 from Apple), but I’m sure there’s a good bit of learning to do there as well… but Jeff’s tutorial makes it look simple.
I’m aware that some of you have incredible experience creating something like this professionally for film and TV, but it is great to see such a simple demonstration of how something like this can be created with simple tools.

Cloud Fly Thru

Description from Jeff
Fly through the clouds without ever leaving the ground with this Motion project created solely from still images. With just a few tweaks, add a "Sci-Fi" theme.
